Baby Beluga In the Deep Blue Sea.....

I finally had the chance to sing the song!  The Cook Inlet Beluga Whales made the grand appearance into the inlet this September.  Each year they make their way into the inlet to eat the abundance of fish.  The Cook Inlet Beluga Whale is a subspecies of the beluga whale.  When they are born they are grey and over a couple years become whiter and whiter.  As adults they are a very distinct white color.

We were able to take a few pictures but it was very difficult because they really don't come out of the water very far.
